Our Inspection Findings
13. The SFRS has identified7 issues that may accompany climate change and that may impact the Service. These are:
- Increased frequency and more severe flooding events
- Increased frequency and scale of wildfires
- Increased frequency of cold weather events
- Regional water shortages
- More frequent and intense storms resulting in structural damage.
